1. Bookings and Payments
A deposit of 50% of the total trip cost is required to confirm your reservation.
Full payment is due 30 days before the departure date unless otherwise specified.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal (transaction fees may apply).
Booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received and a written confirmation is issued by the Company.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
By the Client:
Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
Cancellation fees:
- More than 45 days before departure: Full refund minus deposit.
- 30-45 days before departure: 50% refund of total payment.
- Less than 30 days before departure: No refund.
By the Company:
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any trip due to force majeure, unsafe conditions, or if the minimum group size is not met.
In such cases, we will offer a full refund or alternative trip options.
3. Inca Trail Bookings
Permits for the Inca Trail are strictly controlled by the Peruvian government and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-changeable.
Full passport details and payment are required to secure an Inca Trail permit.
Inca Trail permits must be booked at least 4-6 months in advance due to high demand.
If the Inca Trail is sold out, we will offer alternative treks such as Salkantay, Lares, or Inca Jungle Trail.
4. Group Discounts Group discounts may be available:
4-6 people: 5% discount
7-10 people: 10% discount
11 or more: Custom quote available
Discounts must be requested at the time of booking and do not apply retroactively.
5. Private Tour Policies
Private tours are available upon request and are subject to customized pricing.
They offer personalized guides, flexible schedules, and optional upgrades.
Changes to private itineraries must be communicated at least 15 days before the tour start date.
6. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is highly recommended and mandatory for high-altitude or trekking activities.
It should cover trip cancellation, medical treatment, emergency evacuation, and baggage loss/damage.
7. Passports, Visas, and Documentation
Travelers are responsible for ensuring that their passport is valid for at least 6 months after their return date.
The Company is not liable for denied entry due to visa issues or invalid documents.
8. Health, Safety, and Fitness
Certain tours require a reasonable level of physical fitness.
You must disclose any health issues, allergies, or dietary restrictions before departure.
We reserve the right to refuse participation if your condition poses a risk.
9. Changes and Itinerary Adjustments
We may modify the itinerary due to weather, strikes, safety concerns, or government restrictions.
We will provide equivalent alternatives where possible.
10. Liability Waiver
Participation involves risks including transportation, altitude, and environmental conditions.
By booking, you acknowledge these risks and release the Company from liability not caused by our negligence.
11. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Complaints must be raised immediately with your guide.
Unresolved issues must be submitted in writing within 10 days of tour completion.
Disputes are governed by Peruvian law and resolved in peruvian courts.
12. Use of Images and Testimonials
We may use photos, videos, and feedback for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
